Our Storage Facility Supports Solano County Camp Fire Evacuees

At Self Storage of Vacaville, we support our local community, including our neighbors who have been affected by the Camp Fire. Founded by Janet Bizjak, the Solano County Camp Fire Evacuees organization was created with the following mission:

Bringing the people of Solano County and the Camp Fire Evacuee Families together in an effort to help them and support them throughout their journey of recovery. For more information about the group, visit the the Solano County Camp Fire Evacuees Facebook Page.

As seen in the photo above, Self Storage of Vacaville is proud to provide a $500 donation to aid in the recovery of the fire victims. Self Storage of Vacaville is also proud to donate storage to the camp fire victims, including The Stroud Family. Mike Stroud, pictured below, is a 15-year retired Veteran who served two tours in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan. Mike and his wife, son, and two daughters, like so many others, tragically lost their home in the fire.
